Dr. Brandon Cairo D.M.D. PC
Dr. Cairo received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from St. Michael’s College in Winooski, Vermont. Dr. Cairo went on to attend Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine where he earned his Doctorate (DMD). Dr. Cairo continued his post-doctorate education by attending the prestigious Spear Institute, Pankey Institute and Dawson Academy.
Dr. Cairo is an active member of the American, Massachusetts and Worcester District Dental Societies, and attends biweekly Spear Study Clubs to ensure he continues to uphold the highest standards of dental care and practice, using cutting edge technology and treatment options.
Having exemplary mentors throughout his career, Dr. Cairo believes in the importance of giving back within his community. Dr. Cairo is actively involved in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program at NYU/Lutheran as a resident mentor/professor, and through appointment at Family Health Center of Worcester. Dr. Cairo holds appointment at University of Massachusetts Medical School as an Associate Professor, as well as being an Adjunct Professor in the Dental Hygiene and Dental Assisting programs at Quinsigamond Community College.
With more than two decades of dental practice experience, Dr. Cairo was determined to create a better dental experience for his patients when he opened his own practice in 2008. To do this, Dr. Cairo stepped away from the traditional idea of “tooth-by-tooth” dentistry and began looking at the entire person, including the relationship to structures of the head and neck to create a “functional wellness approach” that also considers aesthetics improvements as equally important.
